My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I got an engine at a fly-in and it did not have a manual.It is has an OS 3 needle carb but I cant get the low needle to move, has anybody got any Ideas???I am whating to here back from the guy I bought it from but I would really like to figure it out.

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Also remember that because the low adjustment is held in place by o-ring pressure, it will creep back if you just move it to where you want it. Move it about a quarter turn past the point you want to set it to, then move it back to the desired point.

The idle needle is usually 2 turns out from the closed position from O.S. Which is good to at least get the motor started. Once you get the motor to idle even just a few minutes the oil from the fuel will lubricate the O-ring and make it a little easier to turn.

Thanks for the help, I got a DBS and it moved easy as pie.Now I can adjust the lowend .The engine ran perfectly but it was too rich on the bottom and I was getting a bad shake until it would lean itself out and it was only whn I would go into the lowend for more than 5 seconds but after getting the needle to move it adjusted right out and is running like a scolded dog.I am running it on TT70 muffler but have Hatori ordered for it.How does the OS compare to YS in a stock Raptor 60?Thanks for input guys.
