Call and ask for Alex at Neu. Tell him what motor you have and what you need. He will have it or will make it and send it to you in a couple of days.
My 1910/1Y did the same thing after 300+ flights. So in a couple days I had brand new shaft, mag assembly, shims, washers, and bearings for about $50.00 bucks. The mag assembly can break lose from the shaft.
The motors are held together with Black RTV silicone available at auto parts stores. I verified this with alex in repairs the first time I had a problem as Neu repairs take decades to get back... I recommend to let the motor dry for a few days after reassembly.
The other Freaky forum has videos on dis-assembly and assembly of the neu motors. VERY easy!
I have had just the fan break lose. It can be green loctited back with no issues...
I have had GREAT performance and mileage from the 1900 series of motors..
I now keep a rebuilt one in the tool box for less headaches...
Rebuild it yourself...
