I have an intermittant glitch when pushing in alot of collective. I have replaced the gyro and servo. I have replaced the stock Align speed control when after about 25 flights it smoked. Replaced with a Castle 85HV. This problem has occured with both speed controls. I don't think it is static electricity, at least from the tail as it is shaft drive. It is an Align 600ESP stock except with Castle speed control. Rig is additional 1 pound. Here is a link to video where it occurs at about 1:27. I left sound in if that helps.

Anyone else have this problem. Thanks.

Those Align regulators have a history of the wires "loosening" up. Inspect where the wires are soldered to. Back them up if you can with some sort of glue. I used "Shoe Goo".
