the first thing you can do is trace the views on a drafting program and measure the spots where you want to create a bulkhead and measure height and width of the fuse at that spot and "guess" at it.
the other thing i like to do and think is easier, is to get a plastic kit and mark where you want a cross section. then cut the kit with a razor saw and trace the outline on paper, then you can scan it into the computer and re-size them to match the 3views and go from there. this works best, i think..
