My Posts This: Topic Forum | yes, the blue powder is from the clutch lining..I replaced it and was a little tight but was later fixed and did not wipe the frame clean...i was too excited to fly rather than cleaning/wiping the frame.....as for the throttle curve I had it linear at 0,25,50,75,100 the pitch was set at -2, 0, 5,and 9...So I take it this is wrong? I am not sure about the GM kit...I have a raptor 60 and everything is the same as far as the frame. The previous owner did tell me he converted this using a kit from bought from gass er man. I did find that some of the holes were bigger and did not align with the engine and asked the previous owner...he said that the engine was secured enough though.....Just a bit more help if anyone can chime in...I set this up with a DX7 radio if anyone has a good setup where I can start I appreciate this....As I said before this is my first gasser and probably not the best one to start off with...(this was not designed to be a gasser) but for a trade on stuff I had, I felt it was a good start..now a question for input...would it be a good idea to repair the engine and keep the heli (looking about $120.00 for repairs) or just simply not mess with it? any input is appreciated..Thanks |
