Nice flyin!

Collective management and anticipate your corrections. In other words, fly like a Jedi and make small corrections. I'm working on the same stuff.

Can you do all that stuff with your real heli yet?

Just take it slow, and work on one manuver a couple mistakes high. Altitude is you friend when your learning new stuff. Once you have it down pretty good then try working it into whatever pattern you like to fly. Don't forget the altitude! My new Logo400 is sitting crashed on my workbench from a Cuban 8 I did't have enough altitude for. It was looking pretty good only seconds earlier.

Oh well, crashes happen. I get to work on my mechanic skills now, I guess.....

I thought it was very good. Not sure how long your have been at it.
As I tell every new pilot just keep putting in a little time each day on the sim. Over time, from season to season you will see large improvements. Very good video.
Good luck with it.

Not bad at all, what did you use to transfer the video from Phoenix to wmv format to upload.

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.

record with a program called fraps play your fav song in the back ground while recording if you like , music helps me have a rythm.

then go to the fraps movie /view button take your recorded wmp file
it will be about 3gb file to big for youtube , so t ocompress it you use window encoder to compress it to 80mb largest size youtube allows is 100 mb or 5 minutes , fraps 3 or 4 min is 3gb if you record longer then that the wmv file while fraps will split the file so stay around 3 or 4 minutes .

if you have a problem im here to help

and i have about 8 months exp and id tell anyone if they asked me how long does it take to be a descent pilot id say if you really liked the hobby and you practice and crash and sim 1 full year of learning fun .

a person can have a heli hovering in a week but it takes little time to devolop skills and you must have a sim if you dont have a mentor.
and even with a mentor a new pilot should have a sim .

i own 6 different sim realflight g4.5 and phoneix and reflex are the 3 i use to practice since they all have different characteristics
only helis i fly on the sim are the ones i own.

Thanks WC, for the info I see 3.0.1 is out that works with windows 7, will give it a try. Do I need to register to get full use of it?
Thanks, Terry.

EDIT:

wc_wickedclown... Thanks for the assistance.
