I would use many terms to describe someone designing, constructing, and programming a flame-thrower that operates based on the positioning of the fingers of the user.
aside from the safety thing, I thought it was pretty creative. Not real useful, but maybe he's going in another direction in the end with this. He's thinking outside the box, that's for sure.
