My Posts This: Topic  Forum		the se uses a new added bearing in the clutch bell sytem. i have the raptor 50V2 and am installing this bearing while i have the frames split. my question is why are there flat spots on the bearing block of this new bearing? part number PV0669. seems as if maybe its supposed to be sandwhiched in the frames. is there a diff in the se frame or are they still using the same frame and the flat spots are for ****s n giggles? Thanks John

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		yah i replaced both today. pinion and clutch bell. also saw that the washer that goes inbetween the eclip and the clutch bell bearing was missing. Not any more

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		im having trouble with the direction that the pinion mounts into the clutch bell. when i get the clutch bell all assembled and put it into the frame, theres not enuff flat spot showing on the starter shaft for the coupler screws to tighten against. i put the E-clip on the shaft,then the spacer, then pinion,bearing and new bearing(the new se bearing) onto the Cbell and slide the shaft threw. am i doing this right?? lol whats jacking me up here??? Thanks John

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		Are the pinion teeth seated onto the aluminun bell or is there a space? Also the pinion end with the smooth shoulder goes into the bell. The bell should have a shoulder too.
