first of all disconnect the gyro from the receiver. Try if the tail servo works direct in the rudder channel of receiver. If no, try to connect another servo and see the results. If no one doesn't work then it is receiver's problem. If one works, then try to connect it via gyro. If it doesn't work, then it is gyro's problem. It is very often that a crash can spoils the gyro or the receiver even if they looks like they are untouched.
