Yeah, it's just one of those thing once you have tried it, there is no comparison. I went flybarless as soon as I knew I could get a Bonta head for my Synergy. Now I have 2 of them.

yup still worth it makes it more stable and less prone to moving because of wind also longer flight times and more power

You obviously haven't flown a well set up V-Bar machine. Flybarless is awesome. In no way does a flybarless machine fly the same or worse than a flybarred machine. It has it's own feel but I believe it is the superior set up. BTW I fly both.

Did your keyboard come with that big bottle of Haterade?

There's a good reason a high percentage of people who try it on one of their birds end up with it on most if not all of them.

Trust me, it'd be cheaper for me if it sucked

I love mine! The few I know who dont like it at least one of them has not set it up right. I would first try someone who has a good set up and you will be hooked. i will never go back to a flybar ever.

The one thing i can say is that they can be complex to set up. Vbar is espcially so, so if you are not a tinkerer or are not strong mechanically then they can be a bit dawnting. There is not really such a thing as a plug and play flybarless system.

I have a flybarless Logo 500, Trex 500, and Trex 700. The only heli I own that has a flybar is my T250, but I am thinking of putting a mini V on it! Once you fly one that is setup right, there is no going back.

They used to be on the difficult side to setup. Alot has changed in the last 6-9 months that makes them much easier to setup. I'm not going to say it's outright easy, a flybar'd heli is not easy to setup if you've never set one up before. Same thing applies with FBL systems. First time around you may have to ask some questions and familiarize yourself with some unknown terminology. Like everything else in this hobby though it clicks and makes more sense the second and third time around. Then again, there's always the segment that will wash out. I still know some people who fly alot who couldn't get their flybar'd helis going if someone wasn't doing it for them.
