I need to change the balance plugs on a couple of Turnigy 5s balance plugs to Cellpro 10s balance taps. Does anyone know which wires go to which cells on the Turnigy packs?

I believe they are JST XH taps on the Turnigy packs. I intend to create a single 10s pack to be charged as a 10s pack.
