I am looking for brand that already make 10s or 12s pack. I don't want to do myself with buy 2 5s pack and then solder together.
Any idea?

You are much better off buying a pair of 5s or 6s packs instead of buying single large packs. And yes you should never solder them together, just buy/build a y-cable.

10s you should source fairly easily, Helidirect for example, but the 12s

? Why not just 2 5s or 6s and a Y lead? At least that way if you damage one you have the other. With a dedicated 10s or 12s if you damage it it's twice the loss.
