Has anyone ran the Raptor 50v2 with a os37. I am on a tight budget and trying to get my heli going as cheap as possible. How well does the 37 carry the heli. I am only into sport flying. I don't do 3D.

Why would u under power a 50, for +- 50$ u can get a Hyper which will perform just fine.

It will work good as long as you change it to the Raptor 30 gear ratio,change the clutch bell,run 550MM main blades and change the motor mount.After doing all that with buying the smaller motor you could save money and get the OS50 Hyper.
