Just wanting to let everyone know that Microheli is coming out with the new Vortex 200 heli.

The heli has a the following:

torque tube driven tail
carbon frames
fully ballraced metal head
fully ball raced metal tail with over -under pitch slider
carbon fins
painted fiberglass canopy
3 main bearing blocks!!!!
one piece landing gear
gyro is vibration mounted using grommets

I have (2) trex 250's and I must say "I" think it flys better.

I have like 15 flights on this heli and everything is still very tight and rigid. This heli tracks like a larger heli and even hovers very solid. I do not know the price of it nor do I fly for them.

Helidirect sent me this to test so they can decide to carry it or not.

I really like this little heli alot.

here are some lame video clips of me flying it . Notice the lower headspeed and how it performs.

I will take pics of it tomorrow.

I gotta say this heli looks interesting. I know Andy put alot of time and thought into this little bugger and it looks to take your beating Henry, that says alot right there imho.

definitely NOT an indoor OR beginner type ship.

check out the eflite blade mSR. GREAT indoor flyer and about the best beginner non-coaxial out there.

if it ain't broke…break it.

+1 for a DURABLE TT tail. we'll see how well it holds up after a tail blade encounters a blade of grass. i've been down that road with micros before.

if it ain't broke…break it.

I have stuck the tail many of times on the ground. And so far they are holding up very well.
