Gust of wind caught 'Lil Be' when I shut down motor on landing and tilted it backward - tail rotor grabed gravel and threw it into main blades - each blade got a nick. . Gravel thrown by main blades missed me.
Tried 4G6 to flip outside - flipped, flipped, one more flip - motor bogged, tail lost authority - I lost heli. Tried to disassemble - screwed ball links. They were assembled very good, maybe with loctite. Now I will never know. Need parts.... Btw, nice heli - flies like CP one, being CP. Seriously - very good heli, except motor, but for flat flying - it is OK.
On a positive note - Rave flew as usual very nice. |
