I had a hard landing (broken strut only damage) with my E550 today and now my ESC will not initialize. This is the stock ACE BLC-75.

This would happen before occasionaly requiring disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.

I hate to buy a new ESC and have that not being the problem.

Any ideas on what the source of the problem is? Something must have been damaged but everything looks OK.

Have you try dropping your throttle trim a little?

I tried lowering the throttle trim. No change. It is still acting like the throttle is not set to idle and will not initialize.

Any other ideas?

if your running 2.4g try rebinding the receiver.

You may be right about the BEC being the problem. I'll check that.
