Thanks for that info. How can that be taken negatively. It is a hard business for sure, given our society's selfish desire to have everything at the lowest possible price, regardless of quality. I for one would much rather put my money to work here in America than in china. I think the lack of information can be detrimental, as it gives rise to rumor and speculation. I'm anxious to see the next shipment of Auroras & 1st shipment of E-Auroras get shipped! Now if I can only get my flying skills to the point of warranting an Aurora!
We're running out of places to spend our money on American made products, thanks for bringing us one more, now we need the kits!!

My experience with avant rc customer service has been exceptional. The best all round support of any heli brand i have flown. I give props to them for their efforts. They back their product 100%.

so far my experience with avant customer service has been very poor.
had my torque shear in two in flight, lost all drive to tail which resulted in a rather big crash and all they have said is i must have hit the tail on the ground to cause it.
only time it ever sees the ground is when i land and take off.

not yet but i doubt anything will come of it cause we have already had guys in Aus have the same problem and they didnt want to know about it.

If for some reason you can't PM him from that website, then email him directly from that website. You can search for his name there.
