HS-985MG hitec high-torque metal gear servos on cyclic (2x good HS5965MG available-one burned out and i put the 985s back in); GY611/9256, futaba 9650 throttle servo, Align gov, AR7000 Rx, align 2-in-one regulator/on-board glow system, hyper 50 (about 8 gallons through it). New (less than 10 flights) align pipe. 10/30/09-replaced ring (preventive) and rear bearing (preventive). Piston/liner/crank all in great shape. Put on two 7 min. flights yesterday.
The main blades in the picture are borrowed--so they're not for sale...but, i will include a new set of Align carbon fiber 600s. KBB 92mm green tail blades fly fine, but have been through some rough landings. new set of align plastic blades included.
Upgrades include: metal main grips, 440mm flybar and raptor 20g paddles (stock paddles included, not flybar), KBB hard 3D dampers and feathering shaft sleeve, metal fan, boca ceramic bearings from the starter oneway down to the clutch bell, ceramic main shaft bearings, header tank, RCbooya aluminum canopy mounts, aluminum bearing blocks, aluminum aileron horns, HN6102-00-black new-style elevator arm (obsoletes the stock antirotation bracket), new clear fuel tank, polished head button, custom heli cyclic servo horns (allow adjustment for zero subtrim).
Beater bleach bottle canopy with stickers (pretty rough) and the canopy shown included.
The canopy in the picture has a few minor cosmetic flaws: the canopy came off of the original plastic pin in flight and the canopy dropped down onto the main gear and it took a little chip out of the edge...that's in one of the pictures. that's also when i upgraded to the rcbooya canopy mounts. Also, the stock canopy clip was WAY too tight and after repeated on and offs of the heli, the fiberglass finally broke completely off. I have repaired the canopy and fixed the tightness issue with the helidirect clip. The canopy looks ugly from the inside, but is only slighly noticable when viewed from the bottom when on the heli. Lastly, there are two indentations in the 'windshield' where the canopy got forced onto a rx pack that was too thick. A sticker would cover it fine.
It has been crashed three times. Frames were broken once. The other two are what one might call a very hard landing; Landing gear break, blades, boom, main and feathering shaft. The frames were replaced with the fiberglass set. everything as it stands now is in very good condition. it has been flown an average of 5-6 flights per month over the past year. i hadnt planned on doing any routine maintenance until the end of this upcoming flying season as everything is in good shape currently. the fuel/clunk line has just been replaced (less than 5 flights on it).
PM with any questions.
