Any reason not to set the timing to high on a stock T250 and 500?

We set a friends 450SEV2 to high today and what a difference it made. They both run nice and cool on mid timing.

I changed the timing on my 500e from medium to high, but it did not seem to make any noticable difference as far as I could tell, the motor seemed the same temp, and could not tell any difference in power.

It will increase your pwr to some level but will also decrease your run times.
