I had a redline 53 in a trex 600n I had the stock align pipe, curtis mp5 sb , and the thunder tiger high flo pipe. out of the 3 pipes on the same heli, for the the redline engine the hiflo pipe had noticeable more power.

I find the harder I "throw down" at the field... the more peices i have to pick up.

well i finished the build and everything was a perfect fit. It went together quickly and smoothly. I took it to the field this morning and filled it up with go juice. checked everything it was ok. I tried to crank it and it make a squealing sound when i used my starter. i took the shater straft off the starter and turned the engine over my hand. everything was fine. So i just poped the starter a little at a time until it fired up. took it out to test hover. and it was really soothe. Iflew 2 more flights with it today breaking in my just rebuilt redline 53. I love the way the heli looks in an inverted piro. I cant wait to fly it again sometime this week. so far Im really impressed with the heli. even running a 1750 head speed with the carb still real fat, the heli did 3d great. no pop or anything, but all my stuff at a slowed down pace.

just thought Id post on my success today with this heli.

I find the harder I "throw down" at the field... the more peices i have to pick up.

I will be getting there sometime Friday morning. I hope that Hurricane doesn't screw up the weather. It looks like it should be way north and the forecast looks good so far so keep your fingers crossed.

i put 10 more flights on it this weekend and got it all tuned and setup pretty good. It autos forever with the rotortech 610s , and i mean forever, of course i sometimes approach the space station when doing autos but we wont talk about that.. hehehe.
