I am looking to buy a 250 but would really like to try it out before I buy it. I just don't think that it simulates it right. Does it really fly that way? What adjustments do you make to have it fly the same way in real life?

it just cant do what the pros can do with it, the cyclics are slower and the headspeed isn't there! Is this really how it is?

First off it's the pros not the heli's that makes it do what it does
However as with any sim you have to adjust the parameters till you perceive what you think may be the way it should fly.
Whether it will fly like that in real life is another issue, as with the sim, you can adjust your cyclics etc.
I have a 250 with larger pinion, headspeed in excess of 4000 and max throws and have my sim set up to feel similar, so you may try some "reverse engineering" by setting up your sim to get the heli to fly well and then tune your real 250 to "feel" similar.
Perceptions and feel is the important thing as no sim will ever duplicate the real thing.
But mine also does not fly like the pro's

Common sense may not be common after all

Mine works great after gettin rid of the tail servo delay, putting it on negative 50 expo ( I fly negative 20 on the real thing) and bumping up the piro rate to 600.I also made the motor a bit more powerful, since I fly with a Scorpion motor

Fly it like you stole it!!!
