I photographed my local club's field, and formatted it for use in Heli-X, which is the simulator that I use. I posted the 1024 pixel variant for free use by anyone interested. Just unzip and put the folder in your environments directory.

It should be simple to adapt the six photographs to Phoenix or Real Flight or other cubic-mapped applications, but I don't have samples of their scene definitions. If anyone does adapt the definition files, I'd like to have a copy of the adapted forms.
