These 2 designs allow you to see past the display to also see were you are walking and if anyone is approaching you. You might also be able to keep your heli in sight while wearing them. I do not know how good the view is yet.

The only other pair that had this feature was the "Eyetops Centra" which are no longer in production. These have the display in the right eye only and down below the center of the eye so you could look over the display. The new WRAPS look as if the display is right in front of the both eyes.

The only difference I can see between the two versions is that
the 310 is equal to viewing a 55" screen at ten feet
the 920 is equal to a 67" screen from 3 meters.
(that's basically the same distance, but they advertise it this way.???)

$249.00 vs $350.00 for them.

They just brought these to market so the demand for the 920 may have them backordered while the 310 shows it to be shipping when ordered.

they have a video review of them on this page which is better then nothing to look at.

while they do say in the review that corrective lenses will be available there is no mention of this on the website.
None of the accessories are shown in the online store yet.

I have a VUZIX AV310.
They have individual adjustments for each eye to correct vision.
They allow somewhat peeking over the top or bottom, but in bright sunlight they allow considerable sunlight to wash out the image. Guess I could drop a towel over my head.

Anyone try the old ViO Glasses

I have a pair with gyro head tracking from 1998, they re still far better than myvu's screen, equal to viewing a 11 foot screen, they cost about 900 in 1998, plus all audio and video adjustments and 3D capable and work great for 3D viewing aswell!

I ll post pics
