Most definitely, set up TH.
#1 - for safety
#2 - for kill switch when you crash to save money on parts which will bend up while she does the chicken dance
#3 - for snazzy landings.

Bear in mind, though, if you haven't gotten the knack of pitch curves, you can hose yourself by switching to TH and enabling a wildly different pitch curve.

So step #0 is to figure out pitch curves. Finless Bob videos are good for that.. can do worse than to follow his recipe.
