okay , am selling my pantera 50 on my other post and am about to buy a gasser for my AP , I was thinking since winter is hitting our doors, why dont I get a small size Heli to keep my thumbs busy

I am between T-REX 250 and Blade Msr, now I know that Msr is fixed pitch but still appealing to me , what do you guys recommend, ????

man... I don't know about a 250 inside

The blades spin at over 4000 rpm... and if it hits something it is going to leave a mark. If a blade comes off... that could be dangerous as hell.

The mSR on the other hand... makes a good inside heli. It is not collective pitch... and that in my opinion actually makes it better for inside screamin around..

If you hit something with the mSR... it is not a big deal. As long as you cut power before you hit... the thing gets right back up and does it again. It really surprised me on how tough they are

Since I have the 4-port charger for lipo and the Mcx Tx , Can I order the Msr without both (Tx and charger) ?

As someone else put it in another post... the mCX scoots around when you fly it. The mSR actually flys around. Way more like a CP heli than the mCX.

It is fixed pitch though... so you gain lift from the speed of the blades. Trust me... the mSR is way more fun to fly than the mCX!!

If you get the BNF version... that one comes with-out the TX... but it does include the 4-port charger (and the wall adaptor). You can't order it with out that.

If you have a Spectrum TX for your other helis... I would recommend you use that versus the small TX that the mCX/mSR RTF version comes with. The full size Spectrum TX allows you to use all of it's settings on the mSR (and the mCX)... like throttle hold (which I use and like), pitch/ throttle curves, expo, mixing, etc.

Fly them both at the same time.lol....
That'll keep the thumbs and eyes busy

You can bind the MSR to your MCX TX but since the TX has no "Model Match" tech,it will control both helis at the same time.

So I'm told ..........
