You can also open the radio, and drill a hole below the power switch, and relocate the mount. My buddy did this with his DX7, and it worked great. You could even install a little LED bulb in the old mounting hole, that lites when you power on.

The less a man makes a clarative statement, the less likely he is to look like a fool in retrospect.

The transmitter face (and neck strap mount) are designed with the weight of an extended 72mhz antenna in mind. When they put the little plastic 2.4 antenna on the balance is out of whack with a neck strap.

Ron's sells a nice one thats all kinds of adjustable that a guy here in Florida (HelicopterJohn) makes.

Elitist

But it works like a dream. And JR/Spektrum didn't get any of my money to correct a design flaw on THEIR PRODUCT that shouldn't even be there.

Besides, I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the Saints...

Yes, what shizack said

The washers are unnecessary.

Eye bolt and a couple of nuts from Home Depot do the same thing for about 50 cents. Hmmm, go figure...

In other words, you give them your money in support or their design flaw....

I bought a red one from JR along with the transmitter med length sticks. They look nice together and the next strap adapter balances the radio perfectly.

It's a complex, costly, glow powered anti-gravity machine!
