Seems like you have similar experiences relative to technical help with Heli-World as I have had.

Try e-mailing or PM'ing Oldfart here on RR. He has always come through for me.

I've checked my 620SE against your picture and my impression is that your problem is that the "lower main gear" is too high.

I think your "transmission gear" is right, it's the main gear that seem too high.

Normally, there's room for a third gear between the "top main gear" and the "bottom main gear", you can see this on p12. Looking at your picture I don't think there's room.

As Eddie.M suggests, are you sure you've got the "driven tail hub" on the top, like on p12 ?

OK, OK MotorRotor, as there seems to be a lot of Canadians here in this thread, I will help him, I was just giving someone from Heli-World time to do so first

There lies your problem. Please check your assembly instructions again, you will find your main drive gear, with its' auto hub should be on top. So the hub will be situated just below the middle bearing block, not the third (bottom) bearing block.

Below that you will have the driven tail pulley drive gear and there will be a collar between it and the third bearing at the bottom.

Any chance you can get some pics of your main bottom gear, from above and below, so we can check if we can see anything strange ?

Glad we could help.

Don't worry about it too much. I am sure most of us have had similar experiences.
