I had my share of problems building mine, but I didn't get this one... There's a post not long ago here or on helifreak that compared both frames (550 and 620), if you find it you can check yours. Can't help more as I'm far from the heli for the WE.

Are you sure you did not assemble the front transmission case upside down?

I ask because I have seen it done. Double check your assembly of the front gearbox and the pulleys with the instructions and you may find you have.

The differences between the 620SE frames and the 550SE frames happens on the bottom of them, not in this area.

Are you sure the pulleys are installed in their proper placement to each other?

The big one goes on the bottom part of the front transmission. If these two pulleys are oriented wrong it will not work out.

There is something wrong with the assembly

same tail gearbox for the 550 or 600 only the frames are a lttle bit differant by comparing the bolt holes.
they both line up the same to the gears

I try measuring the frames holes later on so you can compare your frame

thanks for your reply the tail drive gear is meeting the bottom gear but by only by 3 or 4 mm the transmission mount has no adjustments up and down only in and out as it needs to go up and the main gear cant go down any more it is sitting on the bottom bearing block

Althrought your picture doen't show it but I think you mounted your tail drive gear on top of the driven tail hub. Re read your manual at page 12 where the swift HD Main Gear is mount under the Driven tail hub. If it is not the case then maybe your kit come with the wrong main gear hub spacer.

To clear thing up a not so close up picture will be great.
