Align is the "learning Heli"

I got a good chuckle from that, thank you.

I think a few people may have seen Tareq Alsadi's "learning" video with his 700 a few weeks ago.

Ignorance is bliss is it not?

Not trying to start a pissing match, as you are obviously a troll, and therefore it would lead no where, but you have obviously no experience with Century.

While i have built just as many Align's as Century's, the difference in quality and flight characteristics is quite obvious. I will gladly, and DO put my century's up against Aligns on a regular basis.

Please, give me 3 reasons why Century is so much worse then Align.

Align and Century to me at least are history brands, meaning they've been in the buisness and have experience. Time will tell but I'm willing to be we see "alot" more qc complaint threads on HC helis,, far more over any we see on others....we shall see I suppose I may end up eating crow but don't think so..I am in no way affiliated with Century or Align either.

Alot of trash talking going on for a heli that doesn't even exist yet.

I remember when everyone was flying Raptors and the few exceptions that were flying the MA excells at the time and Align had just come out with their Trex600 and I bought one and people were trash talking this one as well.

Give it a chance to come out and prove itself before you trash all over it.

Yeah that was the big joke going around to.

How good can it be or safe when they only make vacuum cleaners and come out of nowhere building R/C heli's.

I think they have done quite well.

If Hobby City does put 50 and 90 helis on the market at dollar store prices:

Should there be any concern as to how they are able to produce, package, and ship these products at prices impossible to compete with in the mainstream market?

Should the markets be so "free" as to allow pricing to be so low as to economically destroy the competition without regard to it's effects on the market sector?

Walmart shoppers need not answer. Many people in this country have no problem purchasing the lowest cost products with no regards as to how it became the lowest cost. Even at the expense of their next door neighbor's, or even their own job.

They will most likely offer a six pack like the 450's

you can get a whole case for only a quarter of the price of a name brand heli

I don't have any problem with them selling helis. All it will do is expand the market. No one knows what the weaknesses are of those models, so why are people saying they are dangerous junk?

People's memories are way too short (or maybe they just haven't been in the hobby long enough), back when I got into the hobby the Raptors had just come out and 99% of the people in my club were flying X Cells. You know what they told me when I asked about them? That they were dangerous plastic pieces of junk and that they wouldn't hold up to regular flying. It was the same with the Concepts and Shuttles. People need to get over their elitist BS, just about everything you own is made over there already, the only difference is you'll have to order this direct from China rather than getting it at your LHS.
