my trex 450 Sev2 (with Align Motor & Esc, pinion 13, carbon blades) is not very fast!
I see some youtube video with same hely and same equipment but they are very very fast!

I mean... when I move to max the stick of gas (idel2 with motor 100..95..100) the hely is not fast to raise up/down!

The curve of pitch is +10 / -10 (idle2).

I use winforce battery 35C or kokam 30C.... but I think this is the problem.
I would try Zippy 2200 30C (the reviews are very good and powerful).

Any advice to increase my trex 450 performance?

My Posts This: Topic  Forum		I would suggest at least +12 -12 for pitch.. Some guys run even more. Good, strong batteries are key for maxing out the performance of the 450. Try a set of Super Stubz.. Roll and flip rates become insane. What motor are you using? If it's the 430L, I would upgrade to an XL, or try a Scorpion. You'd probably have to change out the esc to something more robust.

I have 430L with 13 pinion.
I will change with 430XL that I bought for my new kit 450SEv2 to put in fuselage (in this hely I can use 430L, no strong power need it)..

I will back after testing XL motor

PS: last evening I swap my 2 Align motor and fixing the 430XL (instead of 430L) on my Bird without fuse (to increase performance, like adviced by Dale...) a washer fell into the motor 430XL.... and it broken the motor (it does not turn anymore...and after extracted the washer the motor bound... ). I threw it in rubbish!!! GRUNF!! So I bounght a Scorpion 2221-8... Unluck evening, yesterday!
