I don't know why some people don't do business out your country. If I can pay by Paypal you get your money soon and safe.
The post service in my country is exelent, I bought a lot in USA, Taiwan or Europe and I never missed anything.

I can't speak for others, but for me the reason why I don't ship outside the US is the added paperwork that I must fill out, my "local" USPS office is much further away from me than the UPS Customer Counter, and I think the USPS tracking system is useless.

When I buy the seller send me a tracking number, USPS is very basic for this but Correos de Chile (Chilean mail) has a very good tracking with this number.
I don't know about the paperwork, usually the seller just fill a customs declaration, in this you can fill price and state (gift, document, commercial sample, other)
When the seller let bid a worlwide he get best price than local buyer or pic up only.
For me is very hard to find this product and this forum or Ebay is a Shangrila, please LET ME BID.... snif, I can buy the kit and the other products.

Add Classified Feedback		I agree with MP3 - I buy from the USA, have done for over 25 years and the extra paperwork from USPS is just a customs declaration, ( I have been to the USA and shipped goods home to myself ) - and while in my experience I have found about 90% of US sellers happy to ship oveseas, I can never understand why some just have a mental block about it...you are just limiting your sales options. Its worth giving it some thought, - so long as you receive you asking price and the post is paid by the buyer ,(even a little extra for the trouble you take maybe ) you are sure helping out modellers in other countires who dont have the ready access to some goods freely available in the USA.
And PS - to those that ARE happy to ship outside USA, good on you, and thankyou.
