My Posts This: Topic Forum | GMP once offered a Super Gold Custom Cricket. Other than the color, there was no difference mechanically between it and the later brushed version. Yours looks different though. It looks as if it were either painted or anodized by other than GMP. The boom on the Gold Cricket was anodized gold, not black, Also, I see some sort of tail boom brace on yours that was not part of the original design. However, if it works and doesn't interfere with anything, keep it. The Cricket tail needs more than just those two thin wires for bracing anyhow. Good luck with it and please email any questions.
