My Posts This: Topic Forum | I tighten my spindle bolts down pretty tight. You shouldn't need to set any clearance issues with the spindle bolt torque. Also put a drop of blue locktite on them, don't need those backing out. The blade grips should rotate smooth on the spindle with the spindle bolts tight. If they don't something is wrong.
I have used the Mavrikk metal blade grips which is what it looks like you have there. I didn't have any problems. When you need to take the bearings out I had to use some heat, a portable ceramic heater got the grips hot enough to where I needed a hand towel to hendle them, used a allen wrench and a light hammer to gently tap them out.
