It's all the plastic bags that Thunder Tiger uses to pack these kits!
I haven't counted them, but seems every BIG Bag, has 4 to 5 little bags in them and even some little bags have smaller bags.
Quite a PILE of Plastic(OIL) piling up on the work bench!
