My 91XL is on its way now and it has an SZ pumped motor fitted and from what I've been reading the SZ vibrates a bit more than HZ as well as the pump is not very reliable and harder to tune than the non pumped. So I was thinking of getting an OS91HZ non pumped but wasn't sure if the fuel tank is engineered for pressure.I also have a brand new YS91SR but don't know if that works either. All I could find on RR was stuff about 3DNTs.Geoff

Hi,

of course you can use a not pumped OS, I fly mine with a 91 SZ since 2006, so your 91 HZ will only be better.

an ys will work too , but you would need a different clutch for that , jan can swap you a proper one if you send in yourse .
i got a rz in there , with a hatori 938 , i was thinkin about a hz awell , but i decided to wait until they come up with a rear exhaust as you need a different exhaust for the new hz .
really hate the vibes in the sz/rz series

if you do what you did , you get what you've got

I read that you can use the crank and wrist pin from HZ to put in the SZ to get rid of that engine vibration.

its a lighter piston and wristpin combined with a rebalanced crank that was supposed to make the HZ have less vibration.Apparantly all these parts are interchangable.
