My Posts This: Topic Forum | Fixing the lookSmooth out the weld "blobs" with a dremel took carefully and then wet sand the entire thing clean down to the bare metal.
Get yourself a 3 foot dowel and stick the tailpipe over it so you can hold the muffler in the air. I just spray paint mine like this with automotive high heat black paint (1200F) from autozone and it looks better than new when you're done. The high heat paint will last a while (don't try BBQ paint it doesn't work well), and if you flake any of it off over the seasons then just paint it again.
