Hi guys! I'm in the process of bulding a second TZ 50 V2 and I would like to know what do you do when the fan hub/clutch is not centered.
With my dial gauge I'm geting about 0.12mm.
In my first TZ the runout is only 0.02 so 0.12 probably is too much and the heli will vibrate badly. The problem is that the fan hub goes screwed and there's no way to change its position.
Any help will be appreciated!

I read a method on another forum, mark the highside, and tap it with a wood or plastic hammer to get close. Then carefully sand the nub where it meets the engine until minimal runout. I used 320 grit on a piece of glass, a little at a time. You have to install hub, check it, sand some more, check ect. It takes time but it is a fix.

I hope new kits have this issue resolved.

Yeap actually my kits are not the new ones but the first batch of kits, and I bought them recently

so I'm expecting to have all the issues listed in the Frenzy threads

Yea, you just have to keep messing with it till you get it. I've found it easier to tap it and bend it into alignment.

Then, in addition to getting the fan/clutch hub aligned straight, you need to check the clutch runout also. I've found clutches that are not true, and are in better alignment in one orientation than the other (turned 180 degrees). Check the clutch visually at the start shaft bearing using the dial indicator as a visual reference.
