NO

Where did you get 640 blades?
Are you measuring the length correctly?

Standard length is the distance from the center of the bolthole to the tip. Some are confused and think that the length is the total blade length but that’s incorrect.

640s are stretching it. Unless you have a bigger engine (.55+) 620s are as big as I would use. I think a tail strike would be likely with 640s under hard flying. I fly 620s on my Pantera big block, the .70 is happy with them, my Titan with a Hyper has more pop on 600s. If your are looking for more stability 620s would be good.

you will absolutely have interference issues with blades bigger than 620 on a Titan boom

If you want to increase stability, at the cost of loosing agility, flip the grips (to leading edge control). I have one Rappy set up this way for F3C style flying. It is a whole different beast, very stable and smooth, flys like its on rails. Would be great for scale.

How does this make it more stable?

If you run the 80mm tail blades you may be able to run the 640 blades. I know that *most* 620mm blades will work with *most* 92mm tail blades.

I have a set of wide chord Mavrikk tail blades that I think are 80mm.

This would be interesting to do for a 1600 HS bird, could even run the Raptor-30 gears to get the engine just over 15k rpm at 1600 HS. might be fun for a sport flyer at 1750 rpm. food for thought.

About the grip flip- I am no expert on heli dynamics but from what I understand pitch off the leading edge is correcting where as off the trailing edge not( more unstable better for, 3D). There is a difference in flight characteristics, with the leading grips. I flew the heli in question on the negative side a long time. The flip was immediately noticed. My type of flying is "big air" style (sorta F3C). I noticed FFF improved with no pitching tendencies, and the heli is just smoother in the varoius routines I fly. I also flipped my 600N and the results were similar. All my helis now control off the leading edge. My Pantera and Rappy 90 came that way. There have been many posts discussing this concept. Search it and you can get the techs about it.
