My Posts This: Topic Forum | I knew it would happen one day, and today was the day. I had already flown several flights, including doing forward and backward flips for the first time. On this last flight, I had just completed a roll and started a turn to bring it back around. But I must have still had some down collective when I rolled out and I lost orientation against the cloudy sky. At least, that's what I "think" happened.
It went into the ground on a knife-edge VERY fast from about 75' with a LOT of power. Yep, it was all thumbs. At least all the electronics are good. I took these pictures after I got home. Actually, I'm glad to get that first crash behind me.
