My Posts This: Topic Forum | Flew mine for the first time today. I didn't do much with it other then a low hover as it was super windy at the time. I had no fuel foaming, the spartan held the tail great with no drift at all. I did however notice a bit of a head wobble however. Has anyone else noticed this with their Srimok at low head speed (I only had it up 3/4 throttle and it is a new engine so didn't want to idle-up yet)?? Is it normal? I did notice that during the build the two damper holders in my kit where not exactly the same. The lip that goes around the outside of the holder was slightly different from one to the other. I ordered a new set and they appear to be exactly the same shape at the lip. I may switch them out to see if that makes a difference.
All and all it was a positive first flight. I hope to get out tomorrow and fly it some more wind permitting! |
