Yes i know i spoke to toby during the week once i had the kit.
i have to call him and let him know how it goes.
"If you have the new style paddles (solid black ones) use those with the flybar in the forward hole."
Forward hole , is ??? most inner or out holes ?
A few other things for the kit,
Needs a header tank as the main tank's opening is too small for a fuel magnet so a clunk is needed.
the main gear ir very "round" not like a Trex wobble, you can get a reasonable accurate mesh of the gears, the teeth on the TT drive system look goood too.
I have had to add extra shime to the head, even with the black 90 durometer dampeners the blades had a gap to the dampener (same mounting system as a raptor)
Now its very firm.
I have set the head in the "Advanced settings" as per the manual.
Its nice to see someone has FINIALLY put in some basic instructions about where to place the rods on the arms to produce a stable model and those for more agility.
This will help everyone out.
I hope theres no vib in the tail with the TT end off center.
I just keep looking at it thinking "Gee given the aus/usa dollar rate these machines include a Canomod canopy it looks bright and sharp, decent size pipe which i will add is almost identical in size to the new hatori for the OS55, carbon frames and decent ccpm system, Good strong but enough give in the landing gear to be really robust.
The screws are decent quality not like a Trex, once you undo/redo an Align screw a few times the heads break or round out.
Hell i wish i had night gear i would go fly it now 2:12am lol.lol
Aaron, after getting back from Perth last week i have been even more keen to fly, 2 days flying isnt enough!
I am useing in CY 600mains and super stubz paddels with weights.
i was going to turn it at 2100 HS but i might start off a 1950 as the Super stubz can be a litlle "itchy" at 2100-2200.
