Servo's

The very best is the JR 3517 MG, they have no dead spot like the 9650's, and you have to cut the tabs off of them so they will fit. I haven't tried the hitec. For the tail I use the JR 3500. These are the very best possible to use.

Just installed HighTec 5245s but haven't flown them yet. The Futaba 9257 seems perfect for the tail.

The pen is mightier than the sword, unless you're actually in a sword fight!

+1 actually i have the 9254 and is absolutely amazing coupled with the Inertia860

PS I dumped the 3400g as it wouldnt keep up in terms of speed and torque for me. I am also running 9650's -- you made a good choice

You chose the exact same servos that Corrado and Luigi use.
So yeah, you made the right choice...

the BLS 251 is first choice on any tail
As for the cyclics: there are stronger and faster servos with metal gears out there....
