My Posts This: Topic Forum | I have a NIB Scorpion that I put in my Furion 450. It seemed to work fine then after about 20 flights one of the capacitors came off. I sent it in for repair, they did and then once installed in the heli I notice that the cycic controlls seem very mushy (this could be from not flying it for 2 months and only flying a Spectra G) but then I also noticed that the 401 Gyro would not power up with a solid red light. This made the tail rotor change at random and freely.
I thought it might be the power up sequence so I connected a 4 cell 4.8V battery to the rx and then connected the Lipo and still flashing red light. Quite by accident I uplugged then quickly reconnected the Lipo and the gyro initialize with a steady red light. I was able to hover it but I also had the flashing orange lights indicating a loss of connnection to the TX (I'm sure this was from the disconnect).
I redid the setup on the ESC since I did not know if it had been reset. I did not see any option to set soft response for the cyclic and nothing else seems to have changed.
Any ideas?
