Okay all.

I cut my Slots in the Head Block about 2.5 mm further up. I also did the little pre load trick before installation. I have 25 flights on this set up now, and the Head is still Perfectly Tight.

Hope this helps.

Added a couple 2.5mm SHCS to the bottom of the head. It won't be coming loose for a long time. Three flights on it today.

I cut the slots, did the preload and it has worked great!!! The more you fly this heli the more you will love it. I have about 4 plus gallons thought it and it just keeps getting better.

I like the idea of the 2 clamp bolts!!!

Thanks, No I did it in a drill press, took maybe 20 minutes. I decided to do it instead of cutting the slots deeper.

Make sure, If you guys do this, to replace the jesus bolt before use. Because you could strech it very slightly and could cause it to snap in flight. Just a heads up for extra safety.

i actually used a longer one because i put a spacer on the nut side so the nut itself doesnt dig into the headblock.
