My Posts This: Topic Forum | Pitot tube The tip in a ball point tip from a pen. The next part is the plug of a skid. I cut a piece of brass thin flat brass for the base. Cut brass rod, drilled one end for the skid plug and ground the other side on a belt sander to contour for the curve in the base. Solder it with soft solder and a acetylene torch. Drill a hole from the inside of the plug for the pen tip to slide in. I think it's a bit long but I will use it anyway.
