Here is a video of my friend Charlie with a Avant
The video is a bit shaky and out of focus on occasion, but I wanted to show some different background than grass

t-rex 600 not avant as your listing, lol. But hey cool, good to see you guys that far north are still flying. Did you splice a few vids together? Maybe I missed the splice cause 8 minutes would be....overflying a 5000mah pack for sure, lol.

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

I see you've been watching my videos Neil. When I arrive in Anchorage and if you're up too it you can record me flying because no one likes recording me up here or they just can't do a good job and my HD Headcam ain't the greatest quality in low light conditions and that Alaska is getting darker everyday with less daylight.

I should be in Anchorage 1st week of November and can't wait to fly with you guys there because I'm starting to hate flying alone here in Cordova By the way, my Airwolf fuselage came in yesterday in Anchorage and was picked up by my sister so now I have a project to do there.

Almost crashed my Aurora yesterday, cyclic and tail was acting weird forcing me to auto and got it in video, but not the greatest lighting.

Same here, wish I could go flying right now but it's blowing gust speed at 50+ and was blowing 75+ lastnight, felt like my house was gonna fall apart!

Love your DIY TREX 700E frame, probably way more lite weight compared to my TREX 700E that I have and just converted mine to flybarless, but haven't done the maiden yet.

Soon the snow will be covering the ground and hopefully brighten things up a bit!
I just got some carbon blades for my raptor 30 and wow what a difference good blades make from wood blades!

Yeah the snow is nearing here and is predicted to fall tomorrow, but who knows as the weather is very unpredictable in Cordova! Yes, carbon blades due make a load of difference as it handles high head speed better, doesn't flex a lot, has better pop, handles better for any kind of flying style, and looks sexy! I remember my days learning to fly with woodies

What they don't tell you is that this "winter flying" was filmed on the 4th of July.

3 years is enough time wasted. Taking a break for a while.

Yeah, you're further up then me! Flying in below negative zero with a good gust of wind is no fun at all, I've only done it once and will never do it again ever, even with my crazy addiction with flying!

heck no on that 0 degrees, tail acts up bad as well as the shakes
If I shake the very twitchy heli" shakes," a forced crackin isnt good. My limit is around 17 F
which a good snowstorm will get that high, I like to fly when the snow flakes are big as quarters. looks neat!

I think I'll do a little winter flying today in the snow, was going deer hunting, but the wind and waves are too choppy for our river boat to go across. Will test out how good the ContourHD cam does in the snow.
