I sent thse guys an e-mail this morning early, no awser yet. www.tppacks.com, To see about what they have to convert a Raptor 50 Tian to Electric. Acording to RCG thread on this they have what I'll need. And I need to know what I want need from my nitro stuff so I can sell it. Everything is like new basicly, only 10 hovers to start the break-in. Desided to go back to electric. Fuel Sucks.
I just need to know what to keep, like my pinion right?
And sell my motor, mount, and clutch, clutch bell, fan.
Wander if I 'll need the starting shaft? Or the Hex thing on top?
I'll have a whole lot of great stuff to put in the classifieds. That will get me close to what I'll need.
Can anyone point me to a good BEC to keep in mind?
And I relize this will be an over the winter project, and in the mean Tim I'm going to get a Little Honey Bee or something to buzz around in.
Also I saw a thread here where someone did their own conversion, and want maybe some imput on that, they used a Align motor mount from a 600E, and used some other motor, and esc of their chooseing.
I think TPPacks.com use either the Z-Power Z50A-600 Outrunner 565KV, or the 780Kv, and a Phoenix HV-45 High Voltage Controller, or the 85A version. Plus they provide the mounting equipment, seems like all for under $300.00
