Found the problem in GE

Need to turn off "terrain" and the ground lowers to the true level and the tracks dont go underground.

Selecting absolute, while allowing me to adjust the value, it does not mean it is the floor value
Any setting of the slider will cause the entire track to discard altitude and fix to that value value so you cant use the slider at all, only slect Absolute and then uncheck terrain if its on to get true ground at 0 ASL.

Its a bug but just need to be aware setting it.
Help has 0 on the issue.

Since altitude I am assuming is a barometric sensor then that would mess with it.

If its a cheap logger then probably not. They will take the altitude from the GPS signal, which is not very accurate.

Now i know why theyre so cheap, cause it comes with software on minicds, the ones you only can use on stone-age computers with a big shelter to load disks in, so, i cant install any of the software

Only available on net was the driver itself which isnt much of use if you cant install the software...

Yeah I have come across that with my Dell, it uses the slid in DVD players instead of the caddies. Won't take mini cds. We have had a couple of computers come back with mini cd's shaking around inside Daytona, just go down to the local computer store and borrow their computer. Bring a flash drive and copy the contents over.
