It is the head and tail but they are sold seperatly, the head uses the Rex V2 style feather shafts and the Sonix quality I think is better then the Copter x or the knock-offs. Also CNC has a pretty good rep and Jeff has been good about service AFTER he get's the money.
The tail shown is also nice and due to the coppied Beam style alot easier to work on.
I installed this and had instant gratification, more stable easier to adjust and better tracking.
Now a few things to remember, first the swash moves opposite from the stock Blade motion, for positive pitch the swash moves upward. The balls are different size then the Blade, they are rex size balls (no cute comments here) and if you go with the CopterX head the antirotation pin is on the wrong side, towards the front not the back, the Sonix head has the antirotation pin in peopre orientation, other who have used the CX head said they had to use the Blade swash. |
