I think that looks like the Patriot fuselage. If it is, PM John Benario. I think he wrote about it in his magazine column.

On second thought, Nova does sound better. It looks too nice to be the Patriot.

I'm going to stuff a 600E in this fuse and stretch the boom and blades . I think it's a 60 size fuse .

hello,

I picked an old folder from my shelf and it sure is the twin brother of the Hirobo Nova. The first issue from 1990. That also empisises that it is a 60 size fuselage.

It is a beauty, good luck building her up!

That is a Hirobo Nova. At one point I had 5 of them. I sold the remaining ones to Heliheadcase.

The Nova is what Suwabe used and what I used to set the 109 MPH record with. Good luck with the 600, but you may have some difficulty. The Nova is a low tail boom fuse. The Hirobo Eagles of the time allowed one to put the tail boom below the main gear. On my Kalt machine I had a friend make me a special cut out bearing block for the tail rotor pinion and ran the main gear upside down.

Make sure to use a horizontal fin.
